Join me for my 13th year on the water teaching and sharing SUP
YOGA. Beginners are our speciality! Never been on a board, but
want to try?! These are perfect classes for YOU and the whole
family.
Basic Beginners Sup Yoga
For Beginners and Newbies
No experience needed
We take care of EVERYTHING. We supply the boards, anchor, paddles, vest. We have a land and water safety lesson before getting on the water. We have a BUDDY SYSTEM. We teach you how to paddle and what to do if you fall in the water. Not to worry, the water is shallow, sandy bottom so you can stand, swim, and fall in with ease.
After paddling, we anchor up and begin our Yoga Session on the water. This is my favorite way to practice yoga. It teaches balance like no other while out on the water surrounded by nature. It’s so serene being on the water.
SUP YOGA Class. We do a whole yoga session on our boards! Savasana is always a fan favorite, where you lay down on your boards at the end of yoga for 10-15 minutes and simply rest, relax, and let go.

Registration is Required.
Classes are $50, 90 minutes.
